Returns & Refunds

Because all Built Not Given items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement, email support@builtnotgiven.net within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Description of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement item. Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be fulfilled.

We do not require the defective item to be returned.

Built Not Given is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
